Method
- Soak the Manuka Smoking Woodchips in water for about 30 minutes and drain.
- Place the Manuka Smoking Woodchips over barbecue coals in a foil pack, until smoking.
- Barbecue the sausages over the Manuka Smoking Woodchips with a steady heat until cooked.
- Keep the lid closed.
- If possible, cover the barbecue with a sack or old blanket to stop the smoke escaping – this will increase the flavour.
